Your invention data stays yours. Patntr uses your information only to deliver the novelty report services you request. We are not a data broker and we do not treat your submissions as training material by default.

No model training by default
We do not train, fine-tune, or improve AI models on idea submissions without explicit written permission.
Limited, role-based access
Data access is limited to the minimum scope needed to generate a report or provide support, and team access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Protected handling
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.
Retention controls
At project or request close, working data is deleted or de-identified according to our retention schedule.
How Data Is Used
We use submission content, metadata, and provided contact details only to prepare report outputs, process payment, respond to support requests, secure the service, and administer the requested service.
We do not use your data for unrelated marketing profiling or independent commercial resale.
Confidential Handling
We treat customer submissions as confidential business information. If your organization requires a signed NDA, DPA, or custom security terms, contact us before upload and we can route the engagement under the required agreement.
Third-Party Processors
Patntr may use vetted subprocessors for infrastructure hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers are contractually required to protect data and may process data only for contracted services.
